Customer Reviews
Overall pleasant experience
I placed an order for the Artisan Bread Dipping Set, which included the Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Fig Balsamic Vinegar. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was smooth. Shipping took about 5 days to reach me in Arizona, which was reasonable. Everything was well-packaged, no leaks or breakages. The products themselves were high quality; the garlic oil had a nice, subtle flavor, and the fig balsamic was sweet and tangy. I had a question about storage, so I used their contact form, and customer service responded within 24 hours with helpful information. A good experience all around.
Good Basil Oil
I ordered the Basil Infused Olive Oil. It arrived quickly. The oil tasted fresh and aromatic. I used it on pasta. Would buy again.
Decent quality, some delivery issues
I bought the White Truffle Oil and a Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar. The truffle oil had a decent aroma, not too strong, which I liked for finishing dishes. The balsamic was also quite flavorful. My main issue was with the delivery time; it took a bit longer than I expected, almost 8 days, which was a little frustrating. The packaging was secure though, no damage to the bottles. Prices seem a little on the higher side, but the quality of the products was good. I'd probably order again if I couldn't find similar items locally.
Nice products, worth it
So I picked up some of their Habanero Infused Olive Oil and the Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar. I was a bit hesitant about the habanero, you know, sometimes those can be too much. But it was actually really good, just enough kick without being overwhelming. The raspberry balsamic is perfect on salads. Shipping was pretty fast too, everything arrived safe. I'd definitely order from them again when I run out.
Great value on sampler
I was looking for some new flavors and saw they had a sampler pack. I grabbed one that had the Meyer Lemon Infused Olive Oil and the Peach Balsamic Vinegar. It was a good way to try a few things without committing to a big bottle. The price for the sampler felt really fair, especially since I got to try two items. Shipping was quick enough, and the products were well-protected. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth and found a new favorite in the lemon oil.

Anyone know if you can use the newsletter sign-up discount AND get the free shipping over $100? Or is it one or the other?
What's the best way to store these oils and vinegars? Does it matter if it's in a dark cupboard or on the counter?
Anyone tried both Celia's and, say, The Olive Tap? Wondering how they compare, especially the balsamic vinegars.
What's the return policy like if I order something and don't end up liking the flavor? Is it a hassle to send back food items?
Do they ever do bigger sales than just the 10-15% newsletter thing? Like for Black Friday or something?
How long does shipping usually take to, like, Phoenix, Arizona? Trying to figure out if I can get some in time for a dinner party next weekend.
Is there a way to sample some of these without buying whole bottles? Like a sampler pack of small sizes?
Hey, I'm thinking about getting some of the infused olive oils, like the garlic one. Is the flavor actually strong or is it kinda weak?
